Get remote support

Download the Remotless app so a technician can help you on this computer.

1. Open the downloaded Remotless file. No installation is needed.
2. Read your ID and password to the technician.
3. When the technician connects, you'll see their name. Click Accept only if you know them.
4. You can end the session at any time by clicking Disconnect.

Never let someone connect who called you unexpectedly, claiming to be from a bank, Microsoft or the police. Real support never does that.
